About: Practice the skills you learned in the Introduction to Joinery class! The instructor will be around to answer questions. This is a great time to get your general questions about prototyping in wood answered.

About the instructor: Dan Bochnovic is a perpetual hobbyist and lifelong woodworker who loves using tools.  Professionally, Dan is a thirty year veteran in the recreational boating field with a reputation as a marine McGyver. It is fair to say that if it has a bow and a stern and is between eight and eighty feet, he has sailed it, motored it, or fixed it. Sailing highlights include numerous Mackinac races and fifteen years cruising between Chicago and the North Channel. When not sailing Dan regularly attends the Marc Adams School of Woodworking and the Detroit Makers Faire. Dan earned a BS in Computer Science, “ because the computer is another tool I just had to learn how to use.”
